The type of noodle used is flat yellow noodle which has a softer texture.

This dish consists of yellow noodles served in thick beef broth, sliced kikil (beef leg tendon), bean sprouts, meatballs, lime, and sprinkled with sliced celery, spring onions, and fried onions. Some recipes may add beef tripe.
