Head of the Bandung City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service (DPMPTSP), Ronny Ahmad Nurdin, said various facilities had been presented to increase the capacity of business actors in the legal aspect in the form of issuing Business Identification Numbers (NIB) and opening access to funding sources.

"This NIB is their initial gateway to open investment opportunities and facilitate access to capital and credit," said Ronny in the Ngariung Podcast at the Public Service Mall (MPP), Friday, September 30, 2022.

Various other innovations such as information on potential maps and investment opportunities in the city of Bandung, making local permits and monitoring online permits, OSS-assisted services through the Permit Facility Facility (Sakedap) in the form of Drive Thru and mobile services, as well as virtual consulting services for obtaining NIB for business people.

To encourage MSMEs to administer NIB, MPP has OSS-assisted services that provide facilitation for making NIBs for business actors, especially MSMEs.

"The process of making NIB only takes no more than 10 minutes. The requirements are very easy, only ID cards, accounts, NPWP and emails," he said.

In addition, to support micro-enterprises in Bandung City, MPP also has a Sakedap service based on drive-through services and mobile cars which are also intended for micro-small businesses.

The Drivetrhu service is intended for micro-entrepreneurs who need NIB by using motorized vehicles, while mobile cars provide services every week on Wednesdays to sub-districts.

"Currently, we have implemented it in more than 18 sub-districts, and have registered and received NIB for more than 1000 MSME players," said Ronny.

For consulting services for micro-enterprises, including consulting for business development, there is a corner for the Dekranasda and the Cooperatives and MSMEs Office at MPP.

He revealed, DPMPTSP always coordinates with regions, namely sub-districts to collect information about business actors' data and synergize with the KUKM Office, Disdagin, Disbudpar and others.

"Starting with the characteristics, there are also obstacles, so that information is obtained as material for further coordination with other technical agencies," he said.

In addition, DPMPTSP has implemented online licensing services to make it easier for the public to apply for permits safely, quickly, comfortably and efficiently through an integrated system.

Not only that, another innovation is the invest.bandung.go.id website as a form of providing easy information for business actors to find out the potential and opportunity map in the city of Bandung.

"Business actors can access and create accounts on the website. Collaborate with regional and related technical agencies to recruit business actors according to their characteristics," he said.

In the near future, said Ronny, his party will hold an event entitled Bandung invest forum. This is a means of meeting between investors and MSME actors.

"There we do not only market the government's investment program, BUMD, but we also mobilize investment in the community," he said.

Meanwhile, one of the investors, Frans Zefanya Putra, shared tips for MSMEs to attract investors.

According to him, bookkeeping is the most important thing that must be considered by MSME actors.

"We see the books, how is the cash flow, balance sheet, profit and loss. We see that, we encourage MSMEs to tidy up their books," he said at the same event.

In addition, operational efficiency and the use of technology can also attract investors to be able to provide access to capital.

"Business opportunities that adopt a lot of technology are very attractive to investors. So that efficiency will be higher," he said. (rob)**
