Braga Free Vehicle Success, Diskar PB Cleans Event Location

This is done to make people more comfortable when visiting the Braga Free Vehicle which will be held throughout this weekend.

"Last night at 00.00 - 02.00 WIB we sprayed Jalan Braga," explained the Head of the Bandung City Fire and Disaster Management Service (Diskar PB), Gun Gun Sumaryana.

Gun Gun said that Diskar PB deployed 2 teams or a total of 10 personnel and several water tanks.

Apart from spraying, his party also installed a number of signs indicating if an emergency occurs, including check points (gathering points).

"Because this has become the Mayor's policy, we are maximizing it," explained Gun Gun.

As stated by the Acting Mayor in the meeting, Gun Gun said, to mobilize all directly related instruments such as regional departments, Transportation Department and Satpol PP.

"I hope that the awareness of the people of Bandung City regarding cleanliness, order and so on can be more controlled," he said.

If necessary, the Bandung City PB Diskar will clean Braga Street again after the Braga Free Vehicle.

"However, in the meantime, according to directions, we will carry out spraying before the Braga Free Vehicle implementation," he explained.

Gun Gun also said that if an emergency occurs, the public does not need to panic and can follow the directions and gathering points provided by Diskar PB. (ziz)**
