Bandung City Government Always Strives to Provide a sense of security and comfort

Even though there are guards on duty,The Acting Mayor (Plt) of the Mayor of Bandung, Yana Mulyana, appealed to all tourists who come to always remain vigilant and careful and responsive.

"When there is an incident that threatens security and comfort, immediately report it to the nearest complaint post," he said on Instagram @kangyanamulyana.

"Report directly to the authorities. Thank God this incident is being handled by the authorities," he added.

For this reason, he continues to strive to avoid a sense of security and comfort for the community as well as tourists who come to the city of Bandung.

"I and the leadership continue to strive to bring a sense of security and comfort to the people of the city of Bandung. This includes sustainable control efforts," said Yana.

He also thanked the community who took part in helping actively regarding the issues that occurred.

"Thank you for the participation of the community who have helped play an active role in issues that occur around the city of Bandung," he explained.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Regional Legal Product Enforcement Division of the Bandung City Satpol PP, Idris Kuswandi, said that he had prepared 3 units of Satpol PP members. They stand guard at several points. Starting from the Asia-Africa region, Alun-alun, Kepatihan to Dalemkaum.

Referring to the incident in the Alun-alun area on Monday, January 3, 2022, a child who did a temporary tattoo who couldn't pay for it caused his father to be beaten by 20 people.

According to Idris Kuswandi, the case is already in the realm of law.

According to Idris, the Bandung City Satpol PP has brought order to the tattoo business several times. Because they violated the prohibited zone.

"So those with tattoos may be on Cikapundung Street. Just like other sellers. Not on Asia-Africa Street, Alun-alun to Soekarno Street," he said.

He appealed to the public to report to local officials or members on duty at the location, if something disturbing happened.
