The youths of Bandung City are ready to "gang up" every development that will be and is being carried out. The youths are also ready to collaborate in building the togetherness of the Penta helix.

This was stated by the Chairman of the Bandung City KNPI DPD, Edwin Gaddafi at the Bandung City KNPI DPD Orientation activity, in the Bougenville Valley of Cibodas Lembang, West Bandung Regency, Saturday 5 February 2022. This activity was also attended by Plt. Mayor of Bandung, Yana Mulyana.

"We have to build a spirit of togetherness Penta helix to build Bandung together. Co-op in advancing and encouraging youth, including to the regions," he explained.

"Our service movement must reach regional points in the city of Bandung. Youth must always play a role in responding to challenges that are a problem for the community," he added.

According to him, Bandung is a city of youth. Of the 2.4 million residents of Bandung, the majority are young.

"So if the Bandung City Government, providing facilities for youth, is essentially facilitating the citizens of Bandung as a whole," said Edwin.

He said the city of Bandung is the epicenter of Indonesian civilization.

"We see historically that Bandung has always inspired, a much wider spectrum, both at the provincial level, national level, and even at the world level. Many national figures, Engineer Soekarno Muhammad Nasir and others got the essence of the inspiration for the struggle in the city. , " he said.

"Hopefully the historical value will not only become a historical romance. We have to embody it in our work agenda. We will print history in the future," he added.

Meanwhile, the Acting Mayor of Bandung, Yana Mulyana, appreciated the orientation of the management for the management of the Bandung City KNPI DPD.

According to him, the new challenge faced by youth organizations is to continue to innovate and contribute positively to members, society, nation, and state.

"This KNPI is a forum for gathering OKPs, young people, what was conveyed was very diverse, we came from 1 OKP of one type, gathered together at KNPI. So that for me really KNPI has become a Candradimuka crater to be able to give birth to various ideas," explained Yana.

He hopes that young people can contribute to development. Because development needs support from the community, including youth organizations.

"The City Government cannot solve the problem on its own, it needs the help of all of you," he said.
