Mayor Delivers 4 Raperda to Bandung City DPRD.

Mayor of Bandung, Yana Mulyana conveyed an explanation regarding the 4 Draft Regional Regulations (Raperda) originating from the 2022 Propemperda to the Bandung City DPRD.

The Mayor's explanation note was submitted at the 5th Plenary Meeting of the City DPRD for the third trial period in the third trial year 2021-2022, Tuesday, June 28, 2022.

The four Raperda are:
1. City Gazette Number 1 of 2022 concerning regional financial management
2. City Gazette Number 2 of 2022 concerning public funeral services
3. City Gazette Number 3 of 2022 concerning the promotion of culture
4. City Gazette Number 4 of 2022 concerning accountability for the implementation of the APBD for the 2021 fiscal year

"Of course this will be discussed further, namely the internal discussion of the board. Hopefully it will run smoothly. In accordance with the date and time that has been set," Yana said after the plenary.

"Hopefully it can be resolved properly and can provide benefits for the city of Bandung," he continued.

Meanwhile, the chairman of the Bandung City DPRD, Teddy Rusmawan, said that after the submission of the four regional regulations, they would become the agenda for the council's discussion.

"Furthermore, we invite the factions to study as general material for the factions. Next, a special committee will be formed to discuss the 3 Raperda and the Bandung City DPRD Budget Agency will discuss the accountability for implementing the 2021 APBD," he said.

Regarding the memorandum of explanation for the accountability for the implementation of the 2021 APBD, it should be noted that the financial statements of the Bandung City Government for the 2021 Fiscal Year had previously been examined by the BPK-RI Representative of West Java with the Highest Opinion, namely Unqualified Opinion (WTP) which was achieved 4 times in a row. since 2018.
