Bandung City PKK Mobilization Team Distributes Sacrifice for Orphans
Still in the Iduladha atmosphere, on the third Tasyrik day, Wednesday 13 July 2022, the Bandung City Family Empowerment and Welfare Mobilization Team (TP PKK) carried out the sacrifice on Jalan Sukabumi Dalam.
This sacrifice was distributed to orphans around the Kacapiring Village.
Not only sharing sacrificial meat, this activity also aims to educate children from an early age about the essence of Eid al-Adha values.
"The children watched from the beginning of the slaughter until we distributed the meat. So that they know the pillars, the procedure for sacrificing, and the value of sharing with others," said Chairman of the Bandung City PKK TP, Yunimar Mulyana.
This sacrifice is the result of collecting funds with the Bandung City PKK management after conducting joint recitation activities.
"In order to be more solemn and conveyed properly, we distribute sacrificial animals while providing education for children," he said. (din)**
