Bandung City Government Hopes Fly Over Kopo Can Be Used Next September
The construction of the 1.3 km Kopo Fly Over on Jalan Soekarno-Hatta is targeted to be completed in September 2022.
For this, the Mayor of Bandung, Yana Mulyana hopes, the construction of the flyover can be faster than the target.
"We (Bandung City Government) as users certainly hope that it will be faster than the September 2022 target," Yana said at the Bandung City Hall, Saturday 6 August 2022.
He explained that the infrastructure development had been completed. However, there are several supporting facilities that must be completed.
"Supporting facilities such as signs and lights are now equipped by contractors," he said.
Regarding traffic engineering in the area, Yana said the Transportation Service (Dishub) and the police had coordinated and discussed it.
"Regarding engineering, the Transportation Agency and the Traffic Unit (Traffic Unit) have met several times for engineering," he said.
