Four Big Events Ready to Enliven HJKB
There are four major series of activities that will be held on the 212th Anniversary of the City of Bandung (HJKB) in September. This was conveyed by the Head of the First Cultural and Art Product Division of the Bandung City Culture and Tourism Office (Disbudpar), Ratnarahayu Pitriyati after answering Bandung at Dewi Sartika Park, Wednesday, August 24, 2022.
Four major events at the upcoming HJKB, namely the flag ceremony on August 25. Second, the highlight of the event. Third, joint sports activities with the RW forum on August 24, 2022.
"Fourth, the Bandung Grade event which is coordinated with the Environment Agency (DLH) is related to public education to sort waste. When the waste has been sorted, the reward is that the participants will get cooking oil," said Ratna.
Regarding the ceremony, he explained, a circular letter will be issued to carry out the ceremony in the sub-district as well. In addition, there are also several activities that are still being confirmed whether they will take place or not.
"The night of the peak is also still tentative. We are still waiting for directions from the leadership what it will look like because it is related to the development of covid," he said.
He hopes that the community can also take care of PPKM level 1 together, so that this year's HJKB can be held with joy.
Ratna added, when the upcoming HJKB there will be a Bandung Great Sale, namely a discount party of up to 80 percent to enliven the HJKB anniversary.
He predicts that this year's HJKB celebration will be more lively. Moreover, the number of events held in the region has not been added.
To break up the crowd, Ratna said, the Bandung City Government did not focus on many activities.
"In regional areas, maybe the sub-district and village heads will control the HJKB event so that there are no crowds," he said.
We will also provide a vaccine post to increase public awareness regarding booster vaccines.
"In every activity we continue to coordinate with the Health Service (Dinkes) so that at every activity there is a booster vaccination," he added. (din)**
