Knock! The City Government and DPRD of Bandung City Set the Draft Regional Regulation on Amendment to the 2022 T.A Budget to Become a Regional Regulation

The Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of Bandung City stipulates the Draft Regional Regulation (Raperda) to Amend the APBD for the 2022 Fiscal Year to become a Regional Regulation (Perda).

The signing of the decision and agreement with the Bandung City Government (Pemkot) and the Bandung City DPRD was carried out at the Bandung City DPRD Plenary Meeting on Jalan Sukabumi, Friday 23 September 2022.

The plenary meeting with the agenda of Decision Making on the Raperda of Bandung City on the Amendment of the APBD for the 2022 Fiscal Year was attended by the Mayor of Bandung, Yana Mulyana and the Regional Secretary of the City of Bandung, Ema Sumarna.

On that occasion, the Mayor of Bandung also gave the Mayor's final response to the Draft Regional Regulation on Amendments to the T.A 2022 APBD.

Previously, the Draft Regional Regulation on Amendments to the APBD for Fiscal Year 2022 was discussed by the DPRD Budget Agency and the Regional Government Budget Team (TAPD).

The Draft Regional Regulation on Revised APBD for Fiscal Year 2022 focuses on improving infrastructure facilities and infrastructure and anticipating and overcoming flood points and potential landslides in Bandung City.

The infrastructure facilities and infrastructure are related to the procurement of Public Street Lighting (PJU), Environmental Street Lighting (PJL).

In addition, environmental repair and painting of Kerb in 151 Kelurahan in Bandung City. As well as budgets related to the handling of potholes and floods.

Furthermore, this Regional Regulation will first be submitted to the West Java Provincial Government for evaluation in accordance with the mandate of the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 77 of 2020 concerning technical guidelines for regional financial management. (rob)**
