Touching the Community, DWP City of Bandung Holds a Cheap Market and Decent Clothing Bazaar

In the series of its 23rd anniversary, Dharma Wanita Persatuan (DWP) in Bandung City held a low-cost market and a wearable clothing bazaar on the 1st floor of Graha Binangkit, Bandung City PKK Office, Friday 2 December 2022.

There were 11 booths selling various commodities at the bazaar. Some products that are priced at low prices include frozen food or frozen food, groceries, snacks for MSME products.

These include salads, spring rolls, diet meatballs, and pastries, as well as fresh vegetables and herbs that local people can buy.

DWP Advisor for the City of Bandung, Yunimar Mulyana hopes that through this activity DWP will not only foster ASN wives, but can also be of benefit to the wider community.

"Dharma Wanita's role is not only to guide ASN wives, but also to create social activities that benefit the community," said Yunimar.

Therefore, Yunimar really supports the holding of this bargain market and clothing bazaar.

Previously, bazaars were held in various sub-districts by the Bandung City Department of Trade and Industry (Disdagin) to help people when inflation and fuel prices rose.

"Hopefully this bazaar and bazaar can run successfully and the benefits will be felt by the community. Especially in the midst of a crisis like now, I hope that people can have good purchasing power with the presence of this bazaar and bazaar," he said.

Meanwhile, the Chairperson of the Bandung City DWP, Cici Sumarna said, in accordance with the results of the 2019 National Conference IV, DWP carried out activities that were able to directly touch the community.

"This is a form of DWP's concern for the impact felt by the community. Disdagin also supports today's low-cost market activities," said Cici.

For information, the price of groceries priced includes shallots Rp. 13,000 per bag, garlic Rp. 10,000 per bag.

Curly red chilies, red cape chilies, bird's eye chilies, and gendot chilies for IDR 5,000 per pack.

Meanwhile, the price for 5 kg of medium rice costs IDR 42,000, Tulip flour IDR 11,000/kg, and granulated sugar IDR 13,500/kg.
