Leadership Transformation Training, Ema: Everyone Must Work Together
Bandung City Regional Secretary Ema Sumarna reminded the Bandung City Government (Pemkot) State Civil Apparatus (ASN) to synergize with each other in realizing leadership transformation in each Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD).
This was conveyed by Ema at the Organizational Agility and Transformation Leadership Training, Friday 2 December 2022.
"Nothing is impossible. As long as our spirit is 'never give up' in carrying out our duties, I am optimistic that this acceleration will materialize soon," said Ema.
He hopes that this event can be a learning experience and add insight to Primary High Leadership Officials in accelerating public services in the city of Bandung according to their duties and functions in their respective OPDs.
"If all obstacles can be reduced, God willing, every OPD can maximize innovation. Reducing obstacles, this can be done through collaboration," he said.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Personnel and Human Resources Agency (BKPSDM) for the City of Bandung, Adi Junjunan Mustafa said, this training aims to improve the quality of leadership which is marked by the ability to transform in leading.
This is also in line with the performance management of ASN Pemkot Bandung through increasing the quality of employee capacity, strengthening the role of leadership, strengthening collaboration between leaders and leaders, employees with employees, and employees with stakeholders.
"We hope to build a high work culture among the civil servants of the Bandung City Government," said Adi.
