Currently, the Healthy Bandung Forum (FBS) and the Healthy District Forum (FKS) are preparing to receive file verification and an assessment from the West Java Provincial Government team regarding the 100 percent ODF acceleration.

"We gathered FBS and FKS to jointly see readiness in the field. It should also be noted, in the last two months we have continued to run to achieve 100 percent ODF," said Yunimar.

He also appreciated the performance of FBS and FKS in this acceleration effort. According to him, FBS and FKS have given their best performance to produce 100 percent ODF in the city of Bandung with various challenges ranging from the terrain to the layout of the area.

"We declare this based on data. Present data according to what is in the field. Not just a piece of paper but in accordance with what is in the field," he ordered.

On this occasion, the Head of the Bandung City Health Service (Dinkes), Anhar Hadian said, the ODF assessment in the City of Bandung was a crucial moment.

In addition, according to him, the realization of a 100 percent ODF for the City of Bandung has challenges that are not easy.

“This is an extraordinary challenge. However, with various efforts and individual stories in the field, later you (the FBS and FKS teams) can convey to the assessment team that this is not an instant job," he said.

Sefangkan, Regional Administration Sub-Coordinator of the Governance Section of the Bandung City Secretariat, Suharyanto, who represented the Head of the Bandung City Government Administration Section, conveyed that all regional elements, FBS and FKS both concentrated on presenting a 100 percent ODF.

"We are optimistic that this goal is not just wishful thinking, but can be realized in 2023," he said.

It should be noted that the challenges of the Bandung City Government in realizing a 100 percent ODF include acceleration in 58 urban villages in Bandung City.

On the other hand, the acceleration of the 100 percent ODF is also in line with efforts to reduce stunting rates in the city of Bandung. (ray)**
