This is because collaboration from all parties, from environmental administrators, the community to the general public, is needed in overcoming the waste problem in the city of Bandung.

As is known, currently there is still accumulation of waste at the Temporary Disposal Site (TPS) due to problems transporting waste to the Sarimukti Final Disposal Site (TPA).

One of them is by recycling organic and inorganic waste and managing waste management at the lowest level.

"The Sarimukti landfill is now in a bad way which has resulted in reduced waste. Hopefully our efforts through Kang Pisman can reduce waste. Let's solve the waste problem on the spot together," said Yana.

Yana revealed that Bandung City's waste production reaches 1,200 tons per day. If not managed properly it will become a big problem.

Yana believes that collaboration and cooperation with various parties can solve various urban problems, including waste.

"God willing, as long as we work together and collaborate, we can do it. Let's build a better Bandung together," he asked.

Meanwhile, Head of DLH for Bandung City, Dudy Prayudi said, currently his party is still gradually transporting waste to TPS, especially those with overcapacity.

"Later, we will see how far the accumulation at TPS is, if it is very overloaded, that will be our top priority," he said.

Currently, there are 135 TPS in buildings and 15 in the form of transfer depots with a daily waste volume of Bandung City of 1,200 tons per day.

"Currently, it can only transport 900-1,000 tons per day to TPA," he said.(rob)**
