Sekretaris Daerah Kota Bandung, Ema Sumarna saat meninjau pembangunan Fly Over Ciroyom

This was disclosed by the Regional Secretary of the City of Bandung, Ema Sumarna while reviewing the construction of the Ciroyom Fly Over with the Class I Railway Engineering Center for the West Java Region, Wednesday 8 February 2023.

"We see that everything is progressing. All buildings have been demolished, work is 26 percent complete," said Ema.

Ema said that the process of controlling the building filled with 265 heads of families in the Ciroyom Village, Andir District, had been completed.

Furthermore, the control of the building filled with 120 heads of families on Jalan Arjuna, Husein Village, Cicendo District, was immediately carried out. The majority of the buildings to be disciplined are kiosks and residential houses.

"We are in the process of controlling the building on Jalan Arjuna, Husein Village, Cicendo District. They will receive mercy according to the regulations in force," he said.

Regarding the Office of Food and Agriculture Security (DKPP), which is a cultural heritage, which is also affected by development, Ema said, a study will be made first on the cultural heritage.

"There (DKPP Office) there is a post that is included in the cultural heritage. That is part of the design which has consequences for having to withdraw, we just support each other and then make a study of it first," he said.

According to Ema, the Bandung City Government has also donated 5,058 square meters of land for the construction of the Ciroyom Fly Over.

Ema thanked the community for being orderly and conducive so that the development process ran smoothly.

"We thank the people who understand that this project is running smoothly without any fuss," he said.

Meanwhile, Head of the Class I Railway Engineering Center for the West Java Region, Erni Basri, said land control had been running smoothly so far. The community is very cooperative and feels helped because it has been facilitated in infrastructure development.

In line with Ema, Erni also said that the progress of the construction of the Ciroyom Fly Over is targeted for completion in July 2023.

"This is targeted for July. God willing, if we can accelerate the execution immediately, July will be settled. Thank God the land is clear, we just need to execute it," he said.

The location for the construction of the 700-meter Ciroyom Fly Over will be built along the roundabout on Jalan Arjuna, Aruna and Ciroyom.

It is hoped that the presence of the Ciroyom Fly Over in 2023 will be a solution to overcome the surge in vehicles passing in the area when KCJB is already operating. (rob)**
