Yes, especially if it's not authentic fried bananas. Not long ago it was busy on social media "Pisang Goreng" from Indonesia was named the best dessert in the world for the "best deep frying dessert" category according to the World Tourism and Culinary Alloy website, Taste Atlas.
On Thursday, 16 February 2023 Fried Bananas topped the list with the highest score of 4.60, followed by Quarkbällchen or Quark balls from Germany in second place with a score of 4.50, Pastelitos Kriollos from Argentina, Fouskakia from Greece, Krapfen from Austria, and many more.
Most Bandung residents don't think that fried bananas are the most delicious food in the world. One of them, Isah, a woman born in 1962, has been selling fried bananas for 40 years.
"I don't know, I haven't heard anything, basically my mother is selling it," said Isah.
Made from bananas, which are plants that can grow throughout Indonesia, not only on plantations, these plants are commonly found in the yards of rural and urban residents.
The fruit which has the Latin name Musa Paradisiaca is not only used for the fruit, almost all parts of this plant can be used and it is better if fried bananas are more delicious using old bananas as a raw material for making them.
