- Come to the clinic on the D-day by bringing a photocopy of the Bandung City Family Card & KTP

While the offline registration method is:
- Bring the queue number at the Veterinary Clinic Security Post
- Come with animals/patients
- Registration opens at 07.00 - 10.00
- Come on the D-day of service by bringing a photocopy of KTP & KK Bandung City
- Not allowed to wait in line
- If the queue number is missed, it must re-register

Puji revealed that the UPTD Animal Clinic in Bandung City provides various types of free services. These include checking body weight and body temperature, general animal examination, ultrasound, simple laboratory tests (used binocular microscope), rabies vaccine, nebulizer therapy, and initial treatment of emergency patients (used pet brooder/infra red & infusion).
