Facilitating Tax Service, Bapenda City of Bandung Launches Friends of PBB
To make it easier for land and building tax (PBB) payers to apply for services, the Bandung City Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) launched a mobile application for the Bandung City PBB Service System or Friends of the PBB.
The Sahabat PBB application was officially launched by the Mayor of Bandung, Yana Mulyana at the 2023 Bandung City UN Service Transformation event at the Bandung City Hall Plaza, Friday 17 March 2023 evening.
Friend PBB was built in collaboration with Bank BJB. The output of the Sahabat PBB application is in the form of an e-SPPT or electronic SPPT (Notification of Taxes Payable) which can be downloaded directly on the Play Store.
In addition, the public can also pay PBB directly through the application.
The Mayor of Bandung, Yana Mulyana said, with this application it provides various conveniences for the community in fulfilling their obligations to pay PBB.
This must indeed be done to adapt government services to the development of an all-digital society.
"With the presence of this application, it can minimize interaction between service providers and the community as service recipients. This makes it easier for the community," said Yana
Yana said the Bandung City Government continues to encourage people to experience easy, cheap and fast services with various innovations.
He hopes that the presence of Friends of PBB can increase public participation in paying PBB so as to increase Regional Original Income (PAD).
"Hopefully this is also our endeavor to continue to increase the PAD of the city of Bandung and we will also continue to provide the best service to the community, which is easy, cheap and fast," he said.
"We continue to provide the best for the community so that earlier the impact was of course very significant on the acquisition of Bandung City's PAD from the PBB sector," he added.
Meanwhile, the Head of Bapenda City of Bandung, Iskandar Zulkarnain, this Android-based tax mobile application is the first in the City of Bandung.
He hopes that the presence of this application will make it easier for PBB taxpayers to submit services and output in the form of e-sppt or electronic SPPT.

4. Consulting Services
