According to Yana, by accelerating the Eid al-Fitr 1444 H or 2023 joint leave, it is hoped that THR providers will be able to fulfill their obligations earlier.

"With the advance of joint leave by the Central Government, we as the City Government appeal to those who are obliged to give THR to give it more quickly," said Yana at the West Java Bank Indonesia Office, Monday 27 March 2023.

"Later I will ask from a regulatory perspective whether it is necessary to make a circular. It's just that for now we appeal to those who have an obligation (to give THR), to immediately fulfill their obligations," he added.

For information, the government has changed the schedule for Eid al-Fitr 1444 H leave. Now the total Eid holiday has been added to seven days.

This was conveyed by the Minister of Transportation Budi Karya Sumadi in a press conference after a meeting with President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) at the Presidential Palace, Jakarta, recently.

The Eid al-Fitr holiday will start from April 19 to April 25 2023. (ray)**
