Fly Over Antapani

Fly Over Antapani Built in 2016 and inaugurated by the Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia, Yusuf Kalla on New Year's Eve 2017 and also attended by the Mayor of Bandung for the 2013-2018 period, Ridwan Kamil, the Deputy Governor of West Java for the 2013-2018 period and also the Minister of PUPR, Basuki Hadimoeljono.

This Antapani Fly Over is a new year's gift for Antapani residents. Ridwan Kamil said that the Fly Over, which was built for 6 months, was a new year's gift for the residents of Antapani and its surroundings. He hopes that the presence of the Fly Over can break down the congestion that often occurs around this area.

In terms of appearance or design, the Antapani Bridge is very interesting because all sides of the bridge have murals by artists from the city of Bandung.

According to Emil (Ridwan Kamil's nickname), Fly Over Antapani was built with the new technology of Foamy Concrete and Curved Steel. Compared to general Fly Overs with similar lengths, with this technology the construction of Antapani Fly Overs is able to save up to 60% on construction costs and speed up processing time up to 6 months.

The Antapani Fly Over is able to unravel the congestion that often occurs in the Antapani area. The existence of this Fly Over was highly appreciated by the Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia, Mr. Yusuf Kalla who also attended the inauguration of the Antapani Fly Over. This bridge, apart from being a new innovation, is also often called the most artistic bridge in Indonesia.
