"Especially now the weather is unpredictable. Sometimes it rains heavily, sometimes it's hot. The key is to increase our body's resistance. Otherwise, we are susceptible to various diseases," said Anhar, Monday 20 March 2023 at the Bandung City Hall.

According to him, one of the diseases that are often contracted during the transition season is flu and diarrhea. In fact, there are potentials such as DHF that must also be watched out for.

In addition, Anhar appealed to residents to be careful in consuming food. Because in the month of fasting actually food will be more abundant.

"Finally the food was not thrown away, but stored and warmed many times. In fact, it is no longer allowed to be consumed because the food has spoiled, the vitamins are also gone. In fact, there are already bacteria that can cause disease," he explained.

Because, usually people feel sorry to throw away the remaining food. Even though the quality is already 'damaged' and not worth eating.

"Don't pile up excess food. Then don't eat food that is 'spoiled'. Some types of food are safe to put in the fridge. However, there is still an expiration date," he advised.

In addition, regarding the current condition of Covid-19 in the city of Bandung, Anhar said, the Covid-19 case was very low. All indicators are sloping. The hospital is also almost empty.

"None of the survivors became seriously ill. Only moderate or mild. In fact, most of them were mild. So, people are allowed to break their fast together," he added. (din)**
