"The honorarium is a subsidy provided by the Bandung City Government through the Education Office for services and dedication to education," said Hikmat.

The number of honorarium recipients for the 3rd and 4th quarters from preschool and kindergarten was 3,151 people. Then, at the elementary school level there were 3,893 people. Then, at the junior high school level there were 2,622 people.

"The application of this honorarium amount is in accordance with the UMK in stages based on the Bandung City Government's budget capacity," he said.

He hopes that the provision of HPM will need to be balanced with improving the quality of performance and developing the competence of educational unit actors.

"Disdik is very grateful to all parties who have contributed to the development of education in the city of Bandung. "Hopefully the development of abilities and the formation of character attitudes with noble character can be implemented so that we can innovate for the success of the best level of education," he hoped.
