Brocode is a barbershop that is well known among young people in Bandung. This barbershop is one of the predecessors of other barbershops.

Having been around since 2014, Brocode is located at Jalan Pager Gunung No. 13, Lebakgede, Coblong, Bandung. This place is open every day from 10.00-21.00 WIB.

Head of Marketing Brocode Barbershop, Bagus said that Brocode Barbershop is here to promote the concept of family. Customers are made as comfortable as possible as if they were at home.

"We continue to maintain quality and carry a family concept for customer service," he said when met by Bandung Public Relations.

Bagus said, approaching 10 years of Brocode Barbershop's existence, it now has 12 branches spread across several cities such as Jatinangor, Aceh, Bekasi, Blitar, Cirebon and Tegal.

Brocode has a fragrant and clean place. Visitors are also provided with free WiFi and TV facilities to wait their turn.

Brocode is also known for his neat and meticulous skills. With these various facilities, visitors only need to pay IDR 50-60 thousand and this includes a light massage, use of pomade and a warm towel.

Meanwhile, for coloring or coloring hair, customers only need to spend IDR 200-400 thousand.

Bagus said that currently Brocode's target market is students and pupils, especially those around Dago and Jatinangor

"In Dago, our customers are 70 percent students and 30 percent general public. Meanwhile in Jatinangor our customers are 90 percent students and 10 percent general public," he said.

Meanwhile, HR Manager of Brocode Bandung, Hikmat Hidayat, said that hair trends continue to develop, for this reason, Brocode Barbershop is doing its best to improve the skills and quality of the hairdressers, the term for hair cutting workers in barbershops.

Regarding the popular hair trends in 2023, he said that many are in demand, such as mullets and French crops.

"French crop hair styles are a lot of choices if you have short hair. If you have long hair, most people choose the mullet style," he said.

Hikmat is also one of the senior captains at Brocode Barbershop who has worked since it was founded in 2014. Approaching Brocode's 10th year, he hopes Brocode can continue to develop and open branches in various other cities.

"We hope that all regions will have Brocode branches and continue to progress," he said. (rob)**
