Ema Sumarna's resignation is in process, Acting Mayor of Bandung Immediately Appoints Acting Regional Secretary

"Because of his (Bambang Tirtoyuliono) position as Acting Mayor, we have to write to BKN to obtain Pertek," he said. According to Adi, after the BKN Pertek leaves, BKPSDM will immediately issue a letter to dismiss Ema Sumarna as Regional Secretary. "If this Pertek has been issued, then BKPSDM will process it. That as of that date, he will be dismissed as Regional Secretary and enter another position according to the position map," he said. Adi said that according to the instructions of the Acting Mayor of Bandung, all public services in Bandung City must continue to run. For this reason, he said, in the near future the Acting Mayor of Bandung, Bambang Tirtoyuliono, will immediately appoint a Daily Acting Regional Secretary (Plh). "So, according to the regulations of the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform and BKN, there is a mention of a Daily Executive (Plh), given to someone if the definitive official is permanently absent. Like the current case, they resign but are still being processed," he said. Adi said that BKPSDM would immediately submit names that would be determined and would later be signed by the Acting Mayor of Bandung.
