During the Eid holiday, Bandung City Diskominfo Services remain 24 hours

"We continue to provide services to the community, starting from 112 to providing information for the community," said Head of the Bandung City Diskominfo, Yayan A. Brilyana.

"This is all a form of service, so the public can access it whenever there is an incident that needs to be reported, such as 112. You can even access news on the bandung.go.id website," he said.

Yayan said that during the Eid holiday, people do not need to hesitate to access various Diskominfo services.

"Especially like Lapor!, 112, we are open to the public," he said.

He said, as early as possible, when there is an incident that needs help, it can be coordinated directly with the relevant agencies.

If there is an indication of a fire, 112 can immediately coordinate with the Fire Department.

In fact, continued Yayan, if an accident occurs or the community needs medical assistance, they can access 112 which will then be coordinated with the Health Service and other levels to complete the report.

He also explained, if people are still confused about traveling to Bandung City or just accessing content and news in Bandung City, just access the information channel owned by the Bandung City Diskominfo.
