He conveyed this at a Coordination Meeting in the Central Room of Bandung City Hall, Monday 22 April 2024.

"Let's return the city of Bandung to Paris van Java," said Hikmat.

Various aspects were discussed at the meeting, including food security, bureaucratic reform, handling illegal parking, waste management, maintenance of city parks, tree maintenance, peace and order, health (especially cases of dengue fever), and the aesthetics of the city of Bandung.

"Let's make a contribution to the city of Bandung. So that the city of Bandung returns to meet public expectations. Provide the best service possible," said Hikmat.

He also added, in the era of open information and the rapid flow of information, OPD's speed in responding to public complaints is very necessary.

According to him, residents who are more critical at this time need to respond quickly and appropriately.

Apart from that, Hikmat also advised all levels of the Bandung City Government to maintain consistency in making positive contributions, as well as collaborating with each other.

He gave an example, for example at the regional (district) level. Each area in Bandung City has its own characteristics. According to him, handling problems in each region requires a different approach.

Even so, he still advised on the speed and accuracy of public services. Wisdom emphasizes that this aspect must be fulfilled optimally.

"It may be that we feel we have done our best (providing services). However, the public may think there are still shortcomings. That's natural, but how do we respond to public complaints," he advised. (ray)**
