In addition to the Bandung City Government, the LHP was also submitted to the West Java Provincial Government and the West Bandung Regency Government. The West Java government also received an LHP of Performance Examination on the Implementation of Vocational Education.

The LHP submission for the City of Bandung was received by the Acting Mayor (Plt) of the Mayor of Bandung, Yana Mulyana together with the Chairman of the DPRD for the City of Bandung, Tedy Rusmawan at the BPK Representative Office for West Java, Jalan Moh. Toha, Bandung City, Thursday 30 December 2021.

The Head of the West Java BPK Representative, Agus Khotib said that the reason for this examination was in the context of accelerating the response to the Covid-19 pandemic, and the recommendation from the National Immunization Expert Advisory Committee. Then, the implementation of the vaccination has not reached the target as set because there are obstacles and problems.

"The purpose of the examination is to assess the effectiveness of the efforts of the West Java Provincial Government, Bandung City and West Bandung Regency in implementing the Covid-19 vaccination for the 2020 Fiscal Year," he said.

According to Agus, the targets of performance checks on the efforts to implement the Covid-19 vaccination are the efforts of the regional government in the allocation and distribution of vaccines and logistics, as well as the facilities and infrastructure for the COVID-19 vaccination, and the efforts in implementing the Covid-19 vaccination service activities.

"There are two inspection criteria, firstly the regional government's efforts for the allocation and distribution of the Covid-19 vaccine, logistics and infrastructure are adequate. Both regional governments have carried out adequate Covid-19 vaccination services," he said.

Agus also conveyed positive things that have been done by LHP recipients, namely they have carried out good management of vaccine storage and distribution, logistics and Covid-19 vaccination facilities to ensure vaccine quality.

Then, it has disseminated key messages that encourage, motivate people to be willing to carry out Covid-19 vaccinations.

Meanwhile, things that need to be improved, including the recording of vaccines and vaccination logistics in the SMILE application or the Immunization Monitoring System and Electronic Logistics are not yet accurate.

"Then, the Covid-19 vaccination service has not fully complied with the Covid-19 vaccination service standard and the SOP on education and socialization of post-vaccination health protocols at vaccination service locations has not been prepared by each regional government," he said.

"BPK concludes that the effectiveness of the Covid-19 vaccination service is influenced by the problems mentioned earlier and we ask that these problems be corrected immediately," Agus ordered.

Meanwhile, the Acting Mayor of Bandung, Yana Mulyana, expressed his gratitude for the submission of the LHP, and will follow up on matters that must be corrected in the results of the LHP related to the Covid-19 vaccination.

"God willing, we will follow up on the results of the LHP, we think that vaccination is one of our efforts to resolve the COVID-19 pandemic," he said.

"Earlier, from a population of 2.5 million, we have to give vaccines to 1,952,358 residents. Alhamdulillah for the first dose we have reached 102%. Then the second dose we have 90, 12% (data as of December 29, 2021)," he continued. .

Yana also said that currently the City of Bandung is vaccinating children aged 6-11 years with a target of around 235,000 children, with the target of going to school and 20 percent of it has been carried out.

Even though there are some in the school who are not residents of the city of Bandung, but because they want to establish herd immunity in their place of activity, they are also vaccinated.

In addition, Yana said that for vaccine storage, currently we have storage for the vaccine so that the quality is maintained. Because it requires a special temperature and place, and about 1,000 vaccinators

"So that we can accelerate it, then cooperate with various parties including the TNI, Polri and several communities, other agencies. So that we can catch up fast enough for the vaccination process in the city of Bandung," he said.

On the same occasion, the Chairman of the Bandung City DPRD, Tedy Rusmawan said that the things conveyed would be of concern to the DPRD and the Bandung City Government, because of the seriousness in administering the Covid-19 vaccination.

"We are in the field, making visits to various places and communities, in the implementation of vaccinations there are those carried out by the government. There are also communities, including vertical components, the TNI, Polri and others," he said.

"After receiving information from the BPK, there were related vaccine records and logistics, then vaccination services were not appropriate, then the SOP on education and socialization about post-vaccination health protocols had not been prepared. This became our material for the Council to supervise or supervise," he continued. (agg)**
