The Bandung City Government (Pemkot) obtained a Right to Use Certificate (SHP) for 1,146 parcels from the Bandung City National Land Agency (BPN)

Head of the Bandung City Land Office, Andi Kadandio Alepuddin, handed it over directly to the Acting Mayor of Bandung, Yana Mulyana at Bandung City Hall, Tuesday, January 4, 2022.

Yana appreciated the efforts of the Bandung City BPN which had worked well so far in saving parcels of land belonging to the Bandung City Government and the community.

"On behalf of the Bandung City Government, I thank you and appreciate it," he said.

Yana said that the Bandung City Government owns more than 18,000 plots of land. Of these, around 7,000 have been certified. The rest are not certified.

Yana assessed that the Bandung City Government and residents really need certainty about their rights.

"Certified land has economic value. It can be 'schooled' at the bank," he said.

Therefore, Yana asked the camat and lurah to help BPN settle land in their respective areas.

"The sub-district and village heads help the land office to finalize the boundaries of the land parcels. God willing, if this complete map can be completed in the city of Bandung," he said.

Meanwhile, the Head of BKAD, Agus Slamet said, the total number of land parcels owned by the Bandung City Government in 2021 was 18,025 parcels.

It consists of 6,491 non-lease areas and 11,534 leased areas. As of the end of December 2020, 6,914 parcels of land have been issued, consisting of 1,271 non-lease areas and 5,643 leased plots.

So the total land that has not been certified is 11,111 parcels.

"In the January-November 2021 period, 203 parcels have been received, and today 1,146 land certificates will be received. So the total land certificates received during 2021 are 1,349," he said.

In the same place, the Head of the Bandung City Land Office, Andi Kadandio Alepuddin said that in 2022 there will be two strategic programs in the city of Bandung. First, the realization of a complete city. One of them is PTSL (Complete Systematic Land Registration).

Second, the agrarian reform task force, namely dispute resolution.

"This is proof of the seriousness of the Bandung City Government and BPN to resolve problems, especially in land disputes," he said.

According to Andi, the submission of this certificate is part of BPN's efforts to realize the city of Bandung with a complete certificate. So as to avoid lawsuits, especially from the land mafia.

On that occasion, the Acting Mayor of Bandung, Yana Mulyana, accompanied by the Head of BPN and also the Chairman of Commission A of the Bandung City DPRD, Rizal Khairullah handed over certificates to 12 residents.

One of them, Dayat (41). He thanked the government for helping to produce certificates for his land.

"Alhamdulillah, during the 3 month process, the results of this certificate have been obtained. Finally, my land has a certificate," said Dayat. (yes)**
