A total of 26 public service agencies signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Bandung City Government (Pemkot) to fill Public Service Mall outlets.

The signing was carried out by the Acting Mayor (Plt) of the Mayor of Bandung, Yana Mulyana with the 26 agencies at the Public Service Mall (MPP) Jalan Cianjur, Friday 7 January 2022.

(MoU) is the readiness of the Bandung City Government to collaborate with external agencies in providing services to the community more excellently and briefly.

"This Public Service Mall (MPP) is the second mall that we have. Previously it was also in Summarecon. It can provide good, effective, efficient service to the citizens of Bandung, which is integrated into the relevant agency," said Yana.

This Cianjur Street Public Service Mall, continued Yana, is here to provide convenience in the licensing process. Residents can get a one-stop service that is easily accessible.

"Today, phase 1 of the construction of a public service mall has been completed. Hopefully, the 3rd or 4th week of January can already be operationalized. Even though the entirety will be completed in April," he said.

He explained all outlets will operate in April. At that time, all outlets were ready to provide services to residents.

"Various services are provided to the community. Including helping Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to obtain permits," he said.

In the same place, the Head of the One-Stop Integrated Service Investment Service (DPMPTSP) of Bandung City, Ronny Ahmad Nurudin, explained that the MPP development process was the struggle of the (late) Mayor of Bandung, Oded M. Danial.

"As for the philosophy of the Bandung City MPP logo, according to the direction and leadership of the Acting mayor, it symbolizes the icon of the city of Bandung, namely Bandung, the sea of fire with a color base that symbolizes the flag of the City of Bandung," explained Ronny.
