The handover was carried out by the Acting Mayor of Bandung, Yana Mulyana with the Head of the Land Office of Bandung City, Andi Kadandio Aleppudin at the Ahadiat Hotel, Wednesday, January 12, 2022.

For this matter, Yana hopes that the issuance of the certificate will provide legal certainty to the community for the plot of land.

"Hopefully it will provide legal certainty to residents who have the right to occupy land parcels," he said.

With these property rights, he ensures that if people are pressed for economic needs, it will make it easier for them to get access to banking.

"Ladies and gentlemen have this certificate, legal certainty is also clear if in the future it is needed for economic activities, God willing, it will be easy to get access from banks," he said.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Bandung City Land Office, Andi Kadandio Aleppudin, confirmed that the awarding of this certificate was proof of his seriousness in providing legal certainty to the owners of land parcels.

"We and the Bandung City Government provide land certificates for the people. This is proof of the government's seriousness towards its people," he said.

He hopes that the certificate holders can take good care of it. If in the future it is needed, it can be a business guarantee and so on.

In the same place, the Sukajadi sub-district head, TB Agus Mulyadi, said a total of about 1,200 plots of land in Sukajadi sub-district consist of plots of land for houses and places of worship.

"Until now, only 75 percent. Everything is in the process, it's just a matter of completing several stages that must be completed," he said.

He targets the Sukajadi area to be 100 percent complete by January 2022.

"This month we hope to complete 100 percent in the Sukajadi sub-district. Here there are those belonging to the Bandung City Government, as well as houses of worship, the main thing is land owned by the community," he said.

One of the residents, Cahny Sudiarni, said she was very grateful for this certificate.

"Alhamdulillah, now we have a certificate. God willing, we want to take good care of it," he said. (yan)**
