Yana Invites DKM to Compete for the Welfare of the People

(Plt) of the Mayor of Bandung, Yana Mulyana hopes that the Mosque Family Council (DKM) in Bandung City can compete for the welfare of the people. Starting from da'wah, social activities, and humanity.

This was revealed by Yana when she was at the DKM of the Nurul Imam Mosque, at the Cipadung Indah Park Complex, Jalan Ekadasa, Friday, January 28, 2022. At the mosque, Yana also performed Friday prayers.

On that occasion, Yana also inaugurated the ambulance belonging to DKM Nurul Imam.

"Hopefully it will be useful, blessed and be good for all," he said.

Meanwhile, the Head of the DKM Implementation Team, Nurul Iman, Kartono explained, the provision of ambulance waqf has a goal as a community service program.

The car can be used by the community for social activities and so on.

"This ambulance waqf procurement is part of the work program of DKM Nurul Iman," he said before the Friday prayer sermon.

"Almost 20 months of raising funds for the procurement of this car. Starting in May 2020, until the end of last year (2021) we collected it," he added.

To get a car worth Rp. 300 million, 385 donors have been involved.

"Involving 385 donors, from Rp. 50 thousand - Rp. 50 million. Thank God, at the end of December 2021, an ambulance with the Toyota Innova brand was purchased. We bought a new one at a price of Rp. 306 too, thank God we got a year-end discount," he said.

He added that for property needs for ambulances, they spent Rp. 30 million and insurance and taxes for the body to reach Rp. 7 million.

"So the total spent on ambulances is around Rp. 343 million. Our mission as a service to the people will be operational for free," he said.

Previously, in the Friday sermon, Hafidz Muslih said that knowledgeable people have a goal for goodness and practice it.
