“In 2020, there was a program teaching Japanese and its culture. We recruited several people from SMK, D3, and S1 (bachelor degree) of nursery,” he said.

“It did not waver our spirit, we also held an online training. We carried out the training for 5 months with N4 level as the target,” he said.

“Usually, the salary increases for certified care workers. In the Japan national examination, it consists of 3 phases. If they do not pass it, they go back (to Indonesia), and if they do, it is lengthened to 2 to 5 years,” he said.

He said that the Japanese Government was responsible for several things ranging from their airplane tickets to accommodation.
