ZX Application! Making All Transactions Blessings

The National Zakat Agency (Baznaz) of West Java is ready to launch ZX application, Monday, 4 April 2022. The launching is planned to be held in Pendopo of Bandung City.

 

The application that can be used on Android smartphones is the first convergence of world- and afterlife-transaction. It is equipped with various feature, starting from ambulance service, health, spiritual, love, and donation services.

 

The First Vice Head of Gathering Division (Bidang Penghimpunan) of Baznas of West Java, Rachmat Ari, explained that ZX application was beneficial for the public, particularly in Bandung City.

 

“Muzaki, munfiq (people who donate infaq), and mutashaddiq in Bandung City, whether as Civil Servants (ASN) or non-civil-servant in using various services can more easily and practically donate infaq modestly,” said Rachmat after meeting with the Acting Mayor of Bandung City, Yana Mulyana, in the City Hall of Bandung City, Friday, 1 April 2022.

 

He stated that this application could make a call for ambulances as convenience as ordering for ojek online. ZX application is the first digitalisation of emergency services in Bandung City and Indonesia.

 

“Monday, when ZX is launched, we will invite ambulances and public health centres in Bandung City to be registered into the application as online services, and there are 1.500 ambulances ready to join across Indonesia,” he said.

 

Rachmat said that ZX collaborated with regional governments, Baznas across cities and regencies, including all Islamic Community Organizations (Ormas) gathered to be centralized and digitalized.

 

As a response to that, the Acting Mayor of Bandung City, Yana Mulyana, appreciated and said that ZX was an amazing innovation.

 

“There is a leap that can gather zakat potentials of people in Bandung City,” Yana said.

 

Yana hoped that all public needs, particularly in Bandung City, could be accommodated through the ZX application.

 

“Hopefully, ZX application can foster prosperity of people of Bandung City, can run as expected, can give the best benefits,” he said.

 

For your information, in addition to health services, ZX also provides infaq, zakat, shadaqah, qurban, water and electricity bills services whose bank account will be directly input into Baznas of Bandung City.

 

“The difference compared to others is administrative fees on the application will become shadaqah,” Rachmat said. (asy)**
