For this, the Mayor of Bandung, Yana Mulyana said, based on the current Covid-19 condition in the City of Bandung, even though it has been included in PPKM Level 1, restrictions on the number of spectators must still be carried out.

"We welcome the implementation of IBL in Bandung City. In the latest mayoral regulation, the maximum audience is 75 percent. That means the maximum is 2,850 spectators," said Yana.

He explained, in Perwal number 80 of 2022, the Bandung City Government has required residents who want to enter public spaces to have done a booster vaccine or dose III.

"Hopefully we can attract more people for a booster. Although it's not a requirement to watch, it's one of our efforts for people who want a booster," he added.

Yana also hopes that through this activity the economy of the city of Bandung can increase rapidly.

"Hopefully with this activity the economy of the city of Bandung will increase, the hotels are full, they can stay in the city of Bandung, they can travel and help the MSMEs here," he hoped.

Meanwhile, IBL President Director, Junas Miradiarsyah said, there are 8 best teams that will compete in the playoffs later. One of them is a team from Bandung City, Prawira Bandung.

"There are 120 local players, 16 foreign players, 146 committees and health protocol supervisors. To filter so that players do not come into direct contact with the audience and the media, we have made a plot scheme," said Junas.

In fact, it also provides booths for boosters for spectators who have not been vaccinated for dose III.

"For its location in the C-Tra Area Bandung. Ticket purchases are only online to minimize queue buildup. Spectators can buy tickets starting from the previous 14 days or D-1 matches," he said. (din)**
