Bandung City Government and Ministry of PUPR to Build Cisaranten Flats
The Bandung City Government (Pemkot) in collaboration with the Ministry of PUPR plans to build Cisaranten Bina Harapan flats. This was sparked in an audience at City Hall, Monday, August 8, 2022.
Later, Cisaranten Bina Harapan Flats will present 1,900 units with the target of Low-Income Communities (MBR).
Regarding this collaboration, the Mayor of Bandung, Yana Mulyana, said that various processes and technical matters were being discussed. He also estimates that the groundbreaking of the Cisaranten Bina Harapan Flat can be completed in March 2023.
“Alhamdulillah, hopefully in the near future technical matters will be discussed, and it seems that there are relatively no obstacles. So God willing, if it goes smoothly, the groundbreaking will be completed in March or April 2023," Yana said.
Cisaranten Bina Harapan Flats are built on an area of about 3.2 hectares belonging to the Ministry of PUPR.
In an audience meeting, Director General of Public Works and Housing Infrastructure Financing (Ministry of PUPR) Herry Trisaputra Zuna revealed, the City of Bandung became the first city or pilot project for the Government and Business Entity Cooperation (PPP) Cisaranten Bina Harapan Flat.
Meanwhile, Director of Implementation of Housing Financing, Haryo Bekti Martoyoedo, said that the Cisaranten Bina Harapan Flat could later be allocated for people with incomes below Rp. 4 million.
He also said that the Cisaranten Bina Harapan Flat could be filled in 2029. The first phase can be filled in 2025.
"It is calculated that the construction will take around 2 years, maybe the first phase can be filled in 2025," said Haryo. (ray)**
