38th STQH Officially Closed, Bojongloa Kidul District is the General Champion
The 38th Tilawatil Quran and Hadith (STQH) Selection for the City of Bandung officially ended, Wednesday, October 5, 2022. Bojongloa Kidul District successfully won the overall winner.
While the second place was achieved by Bandung Kulon District and followed by Bojongloa Kaler District.
STQH is an event to search for qori, qoriah, hafiz, and hafizah seeds for a similar competition at the West Java level.
"Hopefully the results of this selection can be the formation of the Bandung City caravan for the provincial level STQH bringing satisfactory results," said the Regional Secretary of the City of Bandung, Ema Sumarna at the closing of the 38th STQH of Bandung City at the Al Ukhuwah Mosque.
Ema congratulated the winners who had won the overall champion as well as the best champion. This should be a motivation to be even better in the future.
"Congratulations to the qori, qoriah, hafidz and hafidzah who won the best achievements to become champions," he said.
"Congratulations also to the sub-districts who won the overall champion. This achievement must be grateful and become a motivation so that it can continue to be improved," he said.
Ema said that the Bandung City caravan had been the overall champion of West Java MTQ for 9 times. It was a proud result that the City of Bandung was able to defend the overall title.
"This achievement is extraordinary, because defending it is more difficult than capturing it. This is an effort as well as selection, preparation for training members to develop strategies," he said.
In the same place, the General Chair of the Bandung City LPTQ, Asep Gufron explained, as a follow-up to this STQH, two conventional coaching will be carried out in the form of concentration of coaching in a certain place.
Second, sustainable development is also carried out in places such as boarding schools, campuses and other places which will be evaluated in stages.
