Assistance for MSMEs is rolled out for three months, from October to December 2022. Each is worth IDR 150,000 per month for a total of IDR 450,000. The total assistance reached Rp. 2 billion for around 4,000 MSMEs.

The Regional Secretary for the City of Bandung, Ema Sumarna said, the MSME BLT program will start Thursday, October 13, 2022 tomorrow. A total of 948 MSMEs will receive symbolically.

"Our plan will be symbolic tomorrow, October 13, 2022, as many as 948 MSMEs and we will provide assistance. It is symbolic by the Mayor of Bandung, Yana Mulyana in Cibeunying Kidul District," said Ema at Teras Cihampelas, Tuesday, October 12, 2022.

Ema revealed that the Cooperatives and MSMEs Service is currently verifying the data of 4,000 business actors who are prospective BLT recipients so that the assistance can be channeled on target.

The assistance, according to him, is prioritized for non-formal MSME actors, such as street vendors, traveling or hawkers, and other micro-scale MSMEs.

He also requested that the street vendors in Teras Cihampelas be included in the list of recipients of the MSME assistance.

"We also ask that MSMEs in the Cihampelas Terrace are targeted. This concerns aspirations related to capital issues," he said. (rob)**
