For this reason, the Bandung City Culture and Tourism Office (Disbudpar) invited 20 sub-district representatives to attend a seminar on Marketing System Development entitled, Bandung Culinary Festival (Asian African Fusion Fest).

This seminar was held at Padepokan Seni Mayang Sunda, Tuesday, October 18, 2022.

This activity aims to develop the creative economy ecosystem in Bandung City, one of which is promoting food health.

This seminar is the result of collaboration with the Bandung City Dekranasda. The participants came from the Co-Working Space to the Creative Tourism Village in the sub-district.

"Bandung is a creative and culinary city, this is our reference to become a culinary attraction, especially for better quality," said Head of the Bandung City Culture and Tourism Office, Arief Syaifudin.

According to Arief, Bandung City does not have Natural Resources (SDA), so that its tourist attraction is through other things, one of which is culinary.

In order for the culinary quality of Bandung City to be maintained, it is necessary to carry out various trainings.

"So we are ready to sell our strengths. So that collaboration and other things can be maximized," he said.

In the same place, the Head of the Creative Economy Division of the Bandung City Disbudpar, Sri Susiagawati explained, there were 20 participants from 20 sub-districts.

This seminar activity, Sri continued, embraced the culinary sub-sector in the sub-district area. So that this activity explores insights about food processing, basic and nutritional information to cooking demonstrations.

"The hope is to make the city of Bandung a tourist destination for traditional Sundanese food," he said.

Meanwhile, Parahyangan Catholic University Lecturer, Theresia Gunawan explained, healthy eating is easy, which contains balanced nutrients and substances.

"Healthy food is simple, food that contains balanced nutrients or substances. There must be two, it must not contain one part, both parts must be present," he explained.

He added, if healthy food contains sufficient macro and nutrients.

"It consists of carbohydrates, proteins and fats. It has many functions, to build muscle, brain tissue, body temperature. With this, the body will be normal, sourced from vitamins and minerals," he said. (yes)**
