He said this after attending the Handover and Farewell of the Head of the Bandung City Land Office at the West Java Provincial BPN Regional Office Hall, Thursday, October 26, 2022 in the evening.

"Alhamdulillah, PTSL has been going well so far because the collaboration between PTSL has a very big role, Alhamdulillah, I have confidence that it can be continued much better," said Yana.

He hopes that the benefits of this program will be immediately felt by the community. So that later this certified land can have economic value for the owner.

"But yes, it was necessary to have legal certainty first," he explained.

Yana also hopes that the synergy and collaboration between the Bandung City Government and the Bandung City BPN will continue to be improved because they both have the same intention in completing the certificate.

On the other hand, Yana also explained that of the 17,200 fields belonging to the Bandung City Government that must be certified. So far about 10,000 fields have been certified.

In more detail, there are 4,000 fields that enter the road sector, and now 1,000 fields have been completed. Yana targets 1,500 of the 3,000 fields that are still in process to be certified by 2023.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Bandung City BPN Office, Nugraha, said that currently efforts to serve the community are in peak performance. He ensures that the performance will continue to be maintained along with the ranks.

He admitted that he would improve the quality of existing data in the city of Bandung, especially in areas that are assets of the city of Bandung.

"Hopefully, yes, as targeted by the Mayor. Earlier, he said that in 2023 he wanted to complete around 1,500, hopefully we can both achieve it," he said. (ray)**
