Head of Sub Division of Security for Regional Property and Recording of BKAD Inventory Goods for Bandung City, Herman Hari Rustaman explained, currently his party has moved the documents that are still left in the cupboard.

Because there is a schedule for installing a police line from Polrestabes for investigation and investigation.

"Because Polrestabes wants to set up a police line, so we were given time to move the files. We used the time as much as possible until before sunset," said Herman.

The police line has also started to be installed after the Maghrib call to prayer or around 17.50 WIB.

With the BKAD official car and the assistance of the Satpol PP car, all asset documents and land leases were transferred to the old asset building.

"The location is at the north-eastern end of the City Hall near the Historical Park. Now the important thing is that we secure some of the files to the warehouse as well. Our warehouses are in Sadang Serang and Arcamanik," he said.

He admitted that none of the documents were burnt, but some were indeed affected by seepage of water dripping from the ceiling.

"The rental documents are safe, some of them are wet with water seepage from the 2nd floor of the Bappelitbang office. We will save the files on the desks and shelves first," he explained.

If tomorrow Polrestabes gives the opportunity, it will take the remaining documents.

"We're just following from Polrestabes. There is still one file room left, about 20 cupboards. We just cover the tarpaulin to anticipate the ceiling bursting," he added.

Currently, his team is rearranging the asset warehouse so that files can be entered and the room can be used immediately.

"It's being reorganized first. Until December, we used to narrow it down," he said.

He added that for the time being the service for renting land and or buildings belonging to the Bandung City Government will be closed and will be announced as soon as the service is ready. (din)**
