The four K-LIK ambassadors who were appointed represented the Districts of Cibiru, Panyileukan, Ujungberung, and Gedebage.

That way, currently there are 7 areas in Bandung City that have K-LIK ambassadors, including Cinambo, Cibeunying Kidul, Sukasari, Cibiru, Panyileukan, Ujungberung, and Gedebage sub-districts.

The chairman of the TP PKK who is also the Literacy Mother of the City of Bandung, Yunimar Mulyana hopes that the inauguration of the K-LIK Ambassador can increase the literacy index in the city of Bandung.

In addition, the K-LIK Ambassadors are also expected to be able to integrate literacy with daily community activities, as well as Bandung City Government programs such as Kang Pisman.

“We have 30 sub-districts and 151 sub-districts. The hope is that there will be K-LIK ambassadors in each of these regional elements," said Yunimar.

Furthermore, there will be 23 K-LIK Ambassadors confirmed by the Bandung City Government to meet 30 Districts with a representative of 1 K-LIK Ambassador.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Bandung City Archives and Library (Disarpus) Office, Fajar Kurniawan, said that the inauguration of the Regional K-LIK Ambassadors and the Bandung City Reading Ambassadors was a show of literacy activities at the regional level.

"Hopefully, the results of this literacy can be applied and not just a discourse," he said.
