"Hopefully this can ease the suffering of the people affected by the earthquake in Cianjur Regency," said Yana.

In addition to this assistance, the Bandung City Government had also previously sent ambulances, specialist doctors, general practitioners, nurses, and pharmacists.

The Bandung City Government also sent a Search, Rescue and Evacuation (Rescue) Troop to the Fire and Disaster Management Service (Diskar PB) to assist in the search and evacuation of earthquake victims.

Yana also said that the Bandung City Government would prepare the former Kawaluyaan Hospital in Bandung City as a temporary shelter to accommodate post-surgery earthquake victims at Hospitals in Bandung City.

"In addition to the patient's family, he can accompany him. After recovering and in the area of ​​origin there is already a place to live, then he will return to Cianjur," he said.

Yana advised the volunteers who have struggled to help the victims to maintain their health in the midst of their duties.
