He said, with smart governance it can make Bandung city government services more transparent.

"We really hope this will become our flagship, with smart governance, the city of Bandung will be more transparent because we rely on an online system that makes it easier for services to the community," he said.

According to Yayan, the award is also the result of pentahelix cooperation and collaboration between OPD, the public, academics, media, companies and other stakeholders.

"Hopefully this award will be our driving force in running an effective and efficient government to provide perfect service to the community," he said.

Meanwhile, Director of Government Information Application Services (LAIP) Kemkominfo, Bambang Dwi Anggono said collaborative efforts were important in creating an effective, collaborative and transformative SPBE.

"National collaboration efforts are important because they are considered capable of bridging Indonesia so that it is widely known as a Smart Nation," said Bambang.
