The Pandemic Has Ended, The Mayor Invites Residents To Be Active In Exercising
The Mayor of Bandung, Yana Mulyana hopes that sports activities will gradually return to normal after the pandemic. He also encouraged sports activities such as healthy walks to be carried out as an effort to maintain immunity.
Especially now that the Covid-19 pandemic situation in the city of Bandung is very under control. Therefore, Yana invites people to take care of their bodies through sports.
"God willing, the pandemic will end soon. And after the pandemic is over, let's improve economic recovery," said Yana while attending a healthy walk in the framework of the Mantap Festival (Mandiri Taspen) on Jalan Diponegoro, Bandung City, Saturday 4 February 2023.
This event was part of the Mantap Festival (Mandiri Taspen) which was attended by around 500 participants of retirement age from the city of Bandung.
In addition to walking and sports events, on this occasion the Bandung City Government also received CSR from Mandiri Taspen in the amount of IDR 100 million.
For this CSR, Yana thanked Mandiri Taspen for its collaboration with the Bandung City Government. He hopes that this assistance will be useful in accelerating the handling of problems in the city of Bandung. One of them is the garbage problem.
"Hopefully this will be useful, because the government cannot solve the problem alone," said Yana.
"Currently, we are also thinking about solving the problem of waste and the environment," he added.
Meanwhile, Main Commissioner of Bank Mandiri Taspen, Mustaslimah, said that his party is one of the friendliest banking providers for retirees.
He also hopes that retirees, especially in the city of Bandung, can enjoy their old age in peace and always carry out positive activities.
"We are here and focused on serving retirees. We want to provide welfare for retirees who still want to try. I hope this is useful," he said. (ray)**
