"Hopefully, with the remaining 7 months, the city can provide the best service for people with disabilities," he said on the sidelines of being sworn in as General Chairperson of RBM Bandung City for the 2022-2023 period at City Hall, Friday 3 March 2023.

Yunimar said, several collaborations with the official scope of the Bandung City Government would continue to be established. This is intended to make Bandung City disabled people more empowered.

For information, by 2022, there will be 159 people with disabilities in 68 companies in the city of Bandung. This achievement, said Yunimar, is one that needs to be improved.

"We exist to provide services to people with disabilities in the city of Bandung," he said.

Meanwhile, Mayor of Bandung Yana Mulyana after the 2022-2023 Bandung City RBM Management hopes that the presence of RBM can create a city of Bandung that is friendly and inclusive for people with disabilities.

Therefore, Yana advised, Bandung City RBM can equalize the rights of persons with disabilities in obtaining public services.

"There must be a sense of fairness and equality for people with disabilities when they get public services," he said.

He also hopes that the Bandung City RBM team can innovate measurably in providing public services to people with disabilities.

Apart from that, Yana also informed a number of public facilities in the city of Bandung that provide a sense of security and comfort for people with disabilities. For example, 62 out of 72 roads in the city of Bandung already have guide facilities that make it easier for people with disabilities.

“Public service is everyone's right. I hope that the presence of RBM can provide a sense of security and comfort for persons with disabilities," he said. (ray)**
