Collaboration of Diskop UKM and Kodim 0618/BS: UKM Actors are Now Proficient at Making Steamed Lassagna Bread
To improve the capabilities of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), the Bandung City Cooperatives and UKM Service held a "Grand Demo Baking and Cooking" at the Kodim Headquarters 0618/BS Jalan Bangka, 10-11 March 2023.
This event was held thanks to the collaboration of the Bandung UKM Diskop with Kodim 0618/BS and PT Pangan Utama Sejahtera. A total of 400 participants took part in the event. They consist of MSME actors assisted by Diskop UKM, UP2K Bandung City, Persit, and the general public.
A number of dishes learned in this activity included Steamed Lassagna Bread, Shredded BBQ Cookies, Chocolate Roll Cake, Choux and Enchlair, and Klappertart.
This includes Kebuli Smoke Cheese, Smoke Cheese Carbonaria, Summer Berry Fizz, Melted Cheese Stuffed Tofu, and Longevity Chocolate Ice.
The Head of the Bandung UKM Diskop, Atet Dedi Handiman hopes that this activity with the theme "Develop Your Talent, Increase Your Business, Maximize Your Income" can increase the innovation and capabilities of UKM players.
"This activity is a sign that Pentahelix in the context of developing MSME facilitation empowerment is going well in the city of Bandung," said Atet.
Meanwhile, Commander of Kodim 0618/BS, Colonel Inf. Donny Ismuali Bainuri really appreciates this activity.
"We from the TNI participate directly to be able to support and support the continuation of activities like this. Because the TNI is with the community to continue to maintain economic strength," he said.
Seeing the high enthusiasm, Diskop UKM and Kodim 0618/BS plan to hold similar activities again.
