Wali Kota Bandung, Yana Mulyana menjenguk korban reklame roboh di Rumah Sakit Al Islam, Selasa 28 Maret 2023.

Yana immediately saw the condition of the victim who is currently being treated in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Al Islam Hospital, Tuesday 28 March 2023.

He hopes the victim's condition continues to improve. Moreover, the victim was handled by a medical team consisting of 8 doctors for this serious treatment.

"The victim is currently in the intensive care ICU. Indicators such as blood pressure are 137/80, hopefully this will be handled," he said after visiting the victim at the Al Islam Hospital, Tuesday, March 28, 2023.

Yana also invited the public to pray for the victim to recover soon and be healthy again.

"There are 8 doctors treating it, we just pray that they will recover soon. On behalf of the Bandung City Government, of course we are concerned about this incident, of course we apologize," said Yana.

He explained that because the billboards were not licensed, the billboard operator had to be responsible for paying for the treatment of the victim until he recovered and the repair of the vehicle.

"According to information, there is an ability to provide maintenance costs until recovered and vehicle repairs," he explained.

In the same place, Head of the Bandung City One-Stop Integrated Service Investment Service (DPMPTSP), Ronny A. Nurudin said, in accordance with regulations, his party would comb through unlicensed billboards.

"Now the technical team is combing through (advertisements) that are not licensed. Later, of course, OPD will follow up on them to put things in order," he said.

Because currently the weather conditions are still extreme, Ronny prioritizes billboards that are prone to collapse.

"The focus is because of extreme weather, our team prioritizes those that are prone to collapse. This has already started a technical meeting, starting tomorrow the team will conduct a survey," he said.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) for the City of Bandung, Rasdian Setiadi, said that he was currently investigating this case.
Advertisers must be responsible.

"This concerns the victim, so it's still under investigation. Under the rules, whether it's licensed or not, employers must be responsible when there is an incident like this. Responsibility until it's over," he stressed. (yan)**
