Keeping the Sanctity of Ramadan, Bandung City Satpol PP Holds Judicial Operation
The Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) in the city of Bandung has again carried out a justice operation and succeeded in securing a seller of alcoholic beverages (minol) on Jalan Moch. Toha, Bandung City, Friday 31 March 2023.
As many as 2 sellers of liquor from various groups have been named as suspects and have undergone trial at the Special Class 1A Bandung District Court.
The two defendants included Wanris Simandalahi who was sentenced to a fine of IDR 2,000,000, a subsidiary of 2 months in prison. And the defendant Yayat Ruhiat was sentenced to a fine of IDR 1,500,000, a subsidiary of 1 month in prison.
Both violated Regional Regulation No. 11 of 2010 concerning Prohibition, Wasdal Minol and Regional Regulation No. 9 of 2019 concerning Tibumtranlinmas
The defendant was proven to have committed TP in violation of Ps. 17 paragraph (3) jo. Ps. 27 paragraph (1) letter b Regional Regulation No. 11 of 2010 concerning Prohibition, Wasdal Minol.
For information, from the operation, evidence was found of 271 bottles of liquor and 4 jerry cans of various classes of alcohol.
The evidence has been secured and will be destroyed. (ray)**
