The city of Bandung is the overall winner of STQH at the West Java Province level

The city of Bandung became the overall winner of the XVIII West Java Province Tilawatil Quran and Hadith Selection (STQH), Saturday 13 May 2023. The city of Bandung successfully won 33 points, followed by the City of Bogor with 27 points.

This value was donated from the caravans of the City of Bandung. Among them are from group 1 Juz and the best Men's Recitations I On behalf of M. Zainul Millah, the best branch of Scientific Writing I On behalf of M. Daffa, group 20 Juz M. Nabbil Haqqi, and 10 Juz the best Men II and many others.

This achievement is the ticket for the Bandung City caravan to represent West Java at the national level which is planned to be held in Jambi in October.

The overall winner of the STQH award this time was handed over to the Assistant for Government and People's Welfare of the Regional Secretariat of West Java Province, Dedi Supandi to Acting Mayor of Bandung, Ema Sumarna at the Main Arena of Plaza Pusdai Jabar Jalan Diponegoro, Saturday 13 May 2023 Evening.

"Thank God, thank God, the hard work of the Bandung City caravan through the LPTQ team is extraordinary," said Ema after receiving the award.

Ema is optimistic that the city of Bandung can represent West Java in the national event. This is thanks to the readiness for implementation, coaching, to the maximum competition.

"From the start we were optimistic, we were guarding our readiness until the match. Thank God, Allah has granted our hopes and endeavors," he said.

Ema will give appreciation to the caravan that has achieved the best achievement.

"We will give appreciation, because we have budgeted for it. This is a form of shared commitment, we are one team," he said.

Ema revealed that the city of Bandung has won nine consecutive championships at the MTQ event. For this reason, Ema hopes that the achievements of the City of Bandung will continue to be maintained.
