In line with this, the Bandung City Communication and Informatics Office held Socialization and Technical Guidance for the Government Service Liaison System (SPLP) at the Grand Preanger Hotel, Monday 15 May 2023.

Head of the Bandung City Diskominfo Encryption and Application Division, Ayi Mamat Rochmat said, currently the City of Bandung is improving to solve various problems related to information technology, including the integration of information systems.

Ayi revealed that there were 236 active applications in the city of Bandung, consisting of 148 public service applications and 88 government administration applications.

Of the 148 public service applications, 50 have been integrated. Meanwhile, of the 88 government administration applications, 36 have been integrated.

From 2018 to 2022 integration of data exchange management using the Mantra application tools. However, since 2023, data exchange that originally used Mantra must switch to a new system, namely the Government Service Liaison System (SPLP), which is still being developed by the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology.

This system uses the latest technology, and the server is managed by the Ministry of Communication and Information of the Republic of Indonesia.

"With the transfer of technology from Mantra to SPLP, all system integration in the city of Bandung, both internal regional apparatuses, between regional apparatuses and with vertical institutions, must use the Government Liaison Service System (SPLP)," said Ayi.

According to him, the use of this SPLP has become a necessity and obligation for every regional apparatus under the coordination of the Bandung City Communication and Information Service.

For this reason, he hopes that all applications in regional apparatus can be immediately integrated to facilitate services to the community, one of which is through the superapps developed by Diskominfo.

"In the future our challenge is that the development of a data warehouse and superapps application which is being worked on by Diskominfo is a shared responsibility, especially in providing the data needed from all regional apparatuses," he said. (rob)**
